Concerned about your orthodontic treatment?
The Australian Society of Orthodontists (ASO) encourages any patient who may have a concern or complaint regarding their orthodontist to discuss the matter directly with their specialist. A frank and open discussion can very often resolve most matters to mutual satisfaction.
If you are not happy to discuss the matter directly with your orthodontist, please provide us with the name of your orthodontist together with your contact details and an overview of your concerns. This will allow us to confirm if your orthodontist is an ASO member and if so, pass on your details to our Patient Liaison Orthodontist who will contact you. Please note the ASO is a professional member services organisation and can only assist if the treating practitioner is an ASO Member.
